: We use 100% fresh sand & permeability is maintain for all batches. |
d) Hardness |
: Ensure mold hardness by mold & core hardness tester. |

Heat treatment |
In heat treatment we do Annealing, Normalizing, Stress reliving & water quenching.
- Type of furnace: Oil fired 750Kg. capacity furnace.
- Furnace consist of PID controller, to ram to.soak double out put, With high velocity burners, movable trolley & ceramic modular lining.
- Max. Temperature 1200 Deg. C.
- For stainless steel casting water quenching: Lifting hoist of 1000 Kg & water tank Ceramic Casting - Ceramic casting of impellers, Guide Vane etc.
